Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Caller's voice calling service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Caller provides a web-based voice calling service that allows users to make international and domestic phone calls. The Service operates on a prepaid credit system.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Credits and Payments

Purchasing Credits

You can purchase credits to make calls. Credits are denominated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Pricing

Call rates vary by destination and are displayed on our Rates page. We reserve the right to change rates at any time with notice.

Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to closure.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Make illegal, harassing, or threatening calls
Engage in spam or automated dialing
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use the Service for commercial telemarketing without proper authorization

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Call Quality

Call quality depends on various factors including your internet connection, the recipient's network, and network congestion. We do not guarantee specific quality levels.

Emergency Calls

WARNING: This Service is not designed to support emergency calls to emergency services (e.g., 911, 112). Do not attempt to make emergency calls using this Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Caller and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for failed calls, connection issues, or call quality
We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Any reason with 30 days notice

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Refund Policy

Credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors or unauthorized charges. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caller from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Caller operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
