We want you to be happy with UseCaller. Here's our refund policy:
- Unused credits — If you purchased credits and haven't used them, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
- Failed calls — If a call failed to connect due to a system issue, credits will be automatically refunded to your balance.
- Quality issues — If you experienced significant quality problems on a call, contact us and we'll review and potentially credit your account.
