    Handling Dropped Calls

    Calls can occasionally drop due to network issues. Here's what to do:

    1. Check your internet — Make sure you're still connected to Wi-Fi or data.
    2. Redial — Simply press the call button again or use the recent calls list.
    3. Check your balance — If your credits ran out mid-call, the call will end. Add more credits and redial.

    Billing for Dropped Calls

    You're only charged for the time you were connected. If a call drops after 2 minutes and 15 seconds, you'll be billed for 2 minutes and 18 seconds (rounded to the nearest 6-second increment).

    Frequent Drops?

    If calls drop frequently:

    • Try a different internet connection (switch from Wi-Fi to ethernet, or vice versa).
    • Close other bandwidth-heavy applications.
    • Try a different browser (Chrome is recommended).
