Improving Call Quality
UseCaller uses WebRTC technology for high-quality voice calls. Here are tips to ensure the best experience:
Before Your Call
- Use a stable internet connection — Wi-Fi or wired ethernet is best. Avoid calling on weak mobile data.
- Close unnecessary tabs — Other tabs streaming video or audio can consume bandwidth.
- Use headphones — This prevents echo and feedback.
- Test your microphone — Make sure your browser has microphone permission and the correct device is selected.
During the Call
- If audio quality drops, check your internet speed.
- Avoid switching between Wi-Fi networks mid-call.
- Mute when not speaking to reduce background noise.
Common Issues
- Echo: Use headphones or earbuds.
- Choppy audio: Switch to a stronger internet connection.
- One-way audio: Check microphone permissions in your browser settings.
