Call Quality Issues

Choppy or Robotic Audio

• Check your internet speed — you need at least 1 Mbps up and down.
• Close other tabs and applications using bandwidth (video streaming, downloads).
• Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired connection if possible.
• Move closer to your Wi-Fi router.

Echo

• Use headphones or earbuds — this is the #1 fix for echo.
• Lower your speaker volume.
• Move away from reflective surfaces (walls, desks).

Delay / Latency

Some delay is normal for international calls (especially to distant countries). If delay is excessive, try a faster internet connection.
