    Credits Not Appearing

    If you purchased credits but they're not showing in your balance:

    1. Wait a moment — Credits usually appear within a few seconds, but occasionally can take up to a minute.
    2. Refresh the page — Press F5 or click the refresh button in your browser.
    3. Check your email — You should have received a purchase confirmation email. If you did, the credits were processed.
    4. Check your bank — If the charge appears on your bank statement, the payment went through.
    5. Contact us — If credits still haven't appeared after 5 minutes, contact support with your purchase details.
