    One-Way Audio (Can't Hear Them)

    1. Check your volume — Make sure your device volume isn't muted or very low.
    2. Check audio output — Make sure the correct speaker/headphone is selected in your browser and system settings.
    3. Try a different browser — Switch to Chrome if you're using another browser.
    4. Disable browser extensions — Some ad blockers or privacy extensions can interfere with WebRTC calls.
    5. Check firewall — Corporate firewalls sometimes block WebRTC. Try a different network.
